Very pleased with my x24 ordered and quickly dispatched to me, the bike was packaged very well and was easy to put together. I would have liked a more detailed operating manual as there are no tightening torques or mention of what pressure is required in the rear air shock absorbers (when I checked for pressure found both to have zero pressure in them). I did not purchase the extended warranty at point of purchase and was disappointed in that I could not purchase later after the bike was delivered,I do love the bike and it certainly stands out of the crowd

WOW - YOU GOTTA GET ONE OF THESE !

Got 2 of the X20’s (one for me and one for my son) and as soon as you unpack the bike you can feel the quality. Pretty straight forward to put together and within a couple of hours we were off on our first ride.
Needless to say the X20 did not disappoint - plenty of zip when needed and the range is amazing!
All in all, looking forward to plenty of trips on the X20 - really cannot recommend highly enough 👍👍👍👍👍

Love this bike

Incredible robust powerful bike that smooth to ride the dual battery is a beast and lasts a lot longer than I thought it would I upgraded from the fiido M1 Pro to the engwe x24 dual battery and it’s 3 times the bike that was I’m 203lbs a smidge over 10.5 stone and can get about 35mph in sports mode about 30mph normal mode you can easily ride this bike all day you’ll never leave the house wondering if you got enough battery you’ll probably charge it twice a week dependent on use I zip around everywhere and that’s what I do seriously buy this bike trust me I’ve looked around ALOT for better at this price and can’t it’s perfect for people 5ft 7 and up
